Cooking Door with Window

This optional door for the top chamber allows you to view your food while it cooks without opening the door to check the progress. The window is made from a special 3/16" thick transparent ceramic called PyroCeram that resists temperatures in excess of 1200 degrees Fahrenheit. The window is held in place by a fully enclosed frame that allows for easy replacement in case of accidental breakage by removing just four bolts.
